It started at the Four Seasons on Park Lane, in London. Mafalda and Duarte worked there in the same years, met on the job and became friends. Mafalda went on to the destination side of the business, designing and running trips in the United Kingdom, Ireland and France for American agencies. Duarte came home to Portugal and spent his years at the Four Seasons Ritz in Lisbon, learning what a hotel of that standard promises and what it costs to keep the promise. They had the same conversation for years before either of them acted on it.

Mafalda knew what American agencies needed and rarely got. Duarte knew how Portugal works from the inside, which door opens with a phone call and which one takes ten years of knowing someone. In 2022 they stopped talking about it and founded Endless Luxe Travel. We still work the way that conversation described. Advisors and their clients, one journey at a time, in two countries we know house by house. Nothing we recommend is a place we have not been. Every door we open was opened for us first.
